Philip founded RR after more than 15 years working with Fortune 100 Companies, including EDS, Coopers & Lybrand, Price Waterhouse and IBM. He holds a BA in business administration with dual minors in computer science and biology from Southern Methodist University.

Roger Crouch

With over 35 years life insurance management experience, both on the vendor side and the carrier side, Roger has a strong grasp of the technical and business issues facing the life insurance industry and has the ability to provide solutions to help customers succeed. Roger has a philosophy of building a partnership with clients rather than just a vendor relationship.

Past Work & Experience

Prior to joining RR, Roger worked 17 years at CSC. The first 13 years were spent directing client services engagements for CyberLife, and the next four years were spent directing CyberLife Development. While at CSC, Roger managed countless client engagements and projects, including implementations, release upgrades, customized enhancements, system integration and funded development, as well as overseeing the strategic direction of CyberLIfe base system development. Other previous positions held were VP of Development for Citicorp Insurance Services, Development Manager for Incepts, Systems Analyst at Informatics, and several different roles at Southland Life Insurance. Roger holds a BBA and an MBA with emphasis in Finance and Business Policy from Texas A&M – Commerce.

Julie Girard

In addition to directing our Client Services, Julie is also in charge of Business Development for the Life and Annuity practice. With over 30 years of experience in the life insurance industry, Julie uses her background to guide and understand both client and candidate needs.

Past Work & Experience

A graduate of Illinois State University, Julie previously managed Client Services at Pioneer Life and Allianz Life, where she was a 2nd Vice President and Assistant Vice President respectively. After leaving the carrier field, Julie joined CYBERTEK, the vendor developer of the CyberLife policy administration system. Following CSC’s acquisition of CYBERTEK, Julie joined the Sales Support team.

Nick is responsible for the sourcing, recruitment, and acquisition of Tier 1 caliber consultants for the property & casualty insurance marketplace.

Past Work & Experience

Nick brings over four years of experience in the IT insurance industry, as well as three years of experience in talent acquisition roles within the Financial Services Industry. Nick’s talent acquisition experience includes both permanent and contract roles with INC 5000 companies like Kaye/Bassman and Merchant Services Direct.

Prior to joining Resource Results, Tammy worked in banking at CitiGroup and Texans Credit Union. While she enjoyed helping customers with their finance, her love for candidate recruitment brought her back to RR.

Kevin’s consulting background is with startup companies in Silicon Valley to Fortune 1000 companies consisting of: BIC, Bank of America, Dell, eBay, Korn Ferry, IBM, Hewlett Packard, PWC and Prudential. Kevin, is also a United States Air Force veteran who spent 10 years on active duty.
